The Critter Reels are videos of small forest animals visiting the deck for food. Unlike the Chip Away series, The Critter Reels do not have a story, narrative or music. The Critter Reels are a curated view of the best shots from the recording of the Chip Away series, with only the recorded sounds of the natural environment.
These videos are not intended to keep your pets occupied or amused. You can do that if you choose of course, but these videos are for you! No gaps in the action, no harsh editing or loud music. If you enjoy watching animals, why not give The Critter Reels a try!
Unlike the Chip Away – Critter Reels – YouTube Playlist available on YouTube for each chapter of the Chip Away series, The Critter Reels soon to be available for sale and download in the Shop! are much different. The Critter Reels such as ‘The Peanut Gallery’ or ‘Just Jimmy’ are 1 hour, hi res videos in Full HD or 4K HDR.
The Chip Away – Critter Reels – YouTube Playlists include short videos intended to expand the depth and coverage of the Chip Away series beyond what the Chip Away episodes provide on their own. The Critter Reels available in the Shop! are hi res, 4K front row seats to the forest and the animals, intended to expand the depth of your soul.
Check out the product pages for The Critter Reels when available in the Shop! Further details are also available in this blog post – Chip Away – Critter Reels – YouTube Playlist.
The Peanut Gallery
Currently there are 2 types of Critter Reels – ‘The Peanut Gallery’ and ‘Just Jimmy’. The Peanut Gallery includes scenes from all the animals that visit. It’s mostly chipmunks, but the blue jays, squirrels and others are also included.
The Critter Reels contain many of the best scenes from the Chip Away series, but most scenes are new and have never before been published. Each Critter Reel is one hour of hi-res, 60fps, MP4 video with the choice of Full HD or 4K HDR.
Enjoy these videos with your own music or just relax and enjoy the sounds of the forest. Look for The Peanut Gallery 1 coming soon to the Shop!
Just Jimmy
Since we captured so many good shots of him, ‘Just Jimmy’ is a one hour Critter Reel video of scenes with, well, just Jimmy. No blue jays, grackles or squirrels to compete with – just Jimmy!
Jimmy has an injury to his left cheek and cannot fit in a full size peanut with the shell. This doesn’t stop him though and he keeps coming back to stuff the other cheek.
‘Just Jimmy’ Critter Reel coming to the Shop! soon.
